About Us
Mowed LLC started as just an idea. At the age of 13, I began like many others—mowing my neighbor’s yard and doing miscellaneous yard work. What started as a way to make a little extra money eventually grew into something more.
By the age of 16, I began having conversations about turning my side jobs into an actual business. Ideas sparked as we explored ways to get started and how to transform these side gigs into a real company. What began as just a thought soon became a reality, forming Mowed, the business it is today.
At first, my only intention was to start the business to make more money and have a way to work for myself. But as I progressed and the business grew, I saw its potential and what I truly wanted for it. Lawn care is simple and often not considered "unique." In fact, it isn't unique—anyone can do it. However, seeing other companies and individuals all doing the exact same thing is not something I want to do. I don't want to be just another landscaping company. We have greater potential than that.
I don’t like the idea of doing the exact same thing as everyone else, and I want myself and my business to stand out. I want it to be more than just lawn care and landscaping.
I stand on the fact that as a brand and as a business, I aspire for Mowed to be more than just lawn care and landscaping. Going above and beyond the set standard, providing detail in the little things, our connections with clients and in the community, quality of work/care, and our aesthetic as a business and the image we project out to others.
